If there was a problem like with my neighbors trash piling up on the porch. He would call the neighbor to tell her I was complaining about the trash. What kind of man can't just say. I've heard or seen there is a lot of trash on the porch. You need to cleaned up. Or when they came to spray for bugs. She would conveniently by gone or not do what needed to be done for the ppl to spay the house. When I told him about it he didn't care. Even said "Oh she was just here paying rent". I told him how loud the neighbor is. His answer was "Yeah she has a load voice" could go on but I won't. And really read the contract.

Cody sent his roofer out there and they were able to determine massive structural damage and he was honest and transparent enough to say he did not comfortable charging me for a brand new roof while not addressing the structural issues that would need to be addressed first before any new roof could be placed. Even though we ended up not doing business, I think 99 out of 100 roofers would have probably taken the job taking my money and let me deal with the bad consequences in the future.
