This time I wanted to take advantage of cashing in some change I saved up. Btw, this branch has a change machine...and I don't know all the specifics, but I am sure as long as you have an account there is no charge. I made it in about 30 minutes before closing time on a Saturday. There were two tellers working and a full drive-thru line and a couple customers ahead of me in the lobby. I had two separate transactions besides the change, and even with a little patience by me on waiting they were happy to help me. I haven't ever rated a bank experience, but the employees working today were both friendly and efficient.

Extremely dissatisfied with this bank. We went in for a mortgage loan. We have excellent credit…read moreratings and they gave us an astronomically high interest rate. We were told that the interest rate would be 5.2%, but on the estimate paperwork we got it always said 6%. We asked several times and were told that it would be changed on the final loan paperwork. They sent us the final loan paperwork and it said the interest rate was 6% even though THEY TOLD US VERBALLY SEVERAL TIMES THAT THE INTEREST RATE WAS GOING TO BE 5.2%. Communication from the loan officer was extremely poor. We had to contact her many times with our questions but she never explained things properly to us. We did not take this loan since we lost trust in this bank because of the misinformation they gave us. Then they charged us $590 in costs. I would stay well away from this bank. The service, communication, products offered are all well below par.
