I went back to this location and no managers were there at the time, however a young lady by the name of Paige was called up to help me. She was so kind and professional, listened to my situation about my lost card. She asked for my receipt and very promptly went into the system, within minutes she had cancelled the original card number and issued me a new card. I recognized Paige as being the young lady that had helped my husband in a previous store visit. Her kindness , attitude and knowledge was exemplary .

Do not use this company for inspections. We had two other companies come out here and give an inspection and they showed things that were definitely wrong with the pool, but this company had no clue what was going on with it. Their inspection said that all looked good. With an inspection like that, I would be afraid to have them install a pool. It would make me scared that their work would reflect that as well I would be very weary.

That review was almost IMMEDIATELY viewed by the owner or someone in their company. First they replied to my Google review by apologizing. Someone also reached out to my girlfriend with some excuse saying their truck broke down and they did not have a way to get the washer to her right away. Keep in mind...they were a "no call/no show" the previous day when the washer was supposed to be delivered, and for most of the day on the 20th no one EVER mentioned a broken down truck..pretty fishy. Now the kicker. While they were busy "apologizing" on Google..they were also contacting the Landlord telling him if I did not remove my review from Google they were going to refuse to deliver the washer (see attached screenshots). That's right..these WONDERFUL people were black mailing a single mother with a 6 year old autistic child, holding her washer hostage over the review I posted. I was forced to remove my review of this do called company just so my girlfriend could get her washer delivered. Strange thing is..they seemed to find a suitable delivery truck as soon as my review was taken down, must have been a miracle from God. This company is the WORST I have seen in a LONG time. They have scummy business practices and will stoop so low as to blackmail mother's autistic children. Would not recommend these people to my WORST damn enemies!!!

We purchased a home with an in-ground, vinyl lined pool and despite having had a pool inspector…read morecome take a look at things prior to closing, we discovered after the fact that the pool was losing (leaking) nearly an inch of water a day. It may not seem like a lot, but our water bill proved that refilling the pool to keep it at proper operating level for the skimmers/pump was expensive and not sustainable. We scheduled an appointment with TJ of Pool Leak Solutions and he came to our house along with a gentleman named Preston, both of whom were knowledgeable, informative and extremely thorough with their inspection. Their diagnostic testing checked both the plumbing and the vinyl liner to make sure they correctly identified and resolved the issue for us. Although I know their inspection involved much more than I can really recap, basically they were prepared with scuba gear to get in the pool (despite it being rather cold) and used a device to check the seals on all of the jets, lights and gaskets using a colored dye test. Then they pressure tested all of the plumbing to make sure the leak wasn't somewhere outside of the pool itself. They also used an electronic scanner of sorts to identify active water leaks as well as "weak" spots where the liner was becoming prone to a future leak. They were really thorough! The inspection/testing we scheduled was not only to identify the leaks but also to patch and repair them, I believe they included up to ten patches with their quoted price. We ended up having multiple small tears they patched in addition to a few of the weak spots they patched just to reinforce the liner in hopes of preventing future issues. Overall, the guys were friendly and willing to answer questions and educate us about what was going on while they were hard at work. Although nobody wants to have a pool leak to deal with, if you do I'd definitely recommend reaching out and letting Pool Leak Solutions solve your problems!

We own a 60 year old gunnite pool in Greenville which had never had repair work done. We became…read moreconcerned last summer as we watched the surface become chalky and dark places begin to show through. The folks at our pool supply place (Leslie) recommended two companies to talk with. The first company was polite but were too busy and when pressed for a ballpark number, it was astronomical. Next we put in a call to Pool Leak Solutions. The office manger took my information and I received a call back from the owner the same afternoon. He took the time to explain what was probably going on and offered two possible solutions. For a flat fee, a technician came out with scuba gear to do an in-depth underwater examination of the pool surface. Kevin, the owner, called me to talk through the issues, and decided he wanted to come see the pool for himself - again, with scuba gear. He explained fully what he found and talked through the process to make the necessary repairs. The final estimate - which was also the final price, was less than 1/2 the price given me by the first pool repair company I had spoken with. Delayed by weather throughout a rainy winter, Kevin and his team (Christy!) kept me informed of the schedule. When they started work, they always came exactly when they said they would, and did the work they told me they would be doing that day. It was a 4-5 day job, and the process, as well as the finished result was excellent. I have been very impressed with the integrity, honesty, and professionalism of Pool Leak Solutions.
