There are soooo many farmacia's in Cabo and we visited at least 4 so I hope I'm reviewing the one I liked most. They have a lot of OTC medication that you need a prescription for in other countries. Bf needed cough syrup and found a reasonably priced bottle here. It definitely worked and squelched his night cough so 5 stars for that!! read more

Ricardo was absolutely amazing. My son my son got sick In Cabo and there were no pharmacies near me. Ricardo gave me the prices and everything of every medication that I needed and even though he wasn't able to deliver it to me because I was so far he sent me pictures so that I made sure I bought the right medication near me. He didn't make any money off of me and he was still willing and eager to help me and my family such an honest and great Pharmacy I would 100% recommend this place to anyone coming. read more

I've been going to Ricardo (and his friendly staff) for a few years now -- Farmacia Centro is the only pharmacy in town I trust. Ricardo runs an ethical and professional pharmacy and has a vested interest in serving the drug therapy needs of his customers. Going here has saved me hundreds in expensive copays and other fees that I normally have to deal with back home. If you're in town, and in need of medications you're normally prescribed but low on, this is the only outfit I'm comfortable recommending. read more

The owner Ricardo from Farmacia Centro was very quick responses to my questions. He was very pleasant professional to reserve medications that I want so that I will be in Loc Cabos this coming July 23/25 to pick up. I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. Excellent find in Cabo for all your pharmacological needs. Ricardo was super easy to deal with, he was able to order a hard to find medication for my Husband, and offered to deliver it to our hotel. 5 stars all the way. In Cabo on a family vacay this week and we thought we'd pick up some Farmacia for back home. The few yelp reviews available led us to Farmacia Centro. Since the reviews were so good, we walked past several others pharmacies to get to this one. I'm glad we did. We were greeted by the very friendly owner in our native California accented English and he knew his stuff. We got what we wanted and were out the door. My wife was there for skin care stuff, but it looks like he had pretty much all the good stuff. read more

Sabina was very kind and listened to my ailment and gave me direction on a good medication. She was so attentive and helpful I came back the next day to get more of her recommended medication. Sadly they do not sell it in the US, but it should get me by for a few months. I highly recommend this pharmacy. While searching for a reputable pharmacy in Cabo San Lucas, I found Farmacia Centro on both Yelp and Reddit. My husband and I paid a visit and were pleasantly surprised. Not only is Farmacia Centro extremely clean but the bonus was meeting the owner, Ricardo. He is fluent in English, outgoing, friendly and is exceptionally knowledgeable of the products he sells. If looking for a pharmacy in Cabo, you must absolutely go to one only, that is Famacia Centro. Ricardo is an absolute gem of a pharmacist, speaks fluent English, and will gently guide and ask questions of what your needs are. His prices are the best in town, after I looked at several pharmacies, thankfully found FC. Located just steps away from the main street of the marina, right across from Coach, easy to find, and you will not find anyone nicer! read more

I broke my arm (compound fracture) and needed emergency surgery. Fortunately, we knew of an ortho…read moresurgeon in Cabo and contacted him on the way to the hospital. There are several hospitals that have been sued for predatory fee charges, but someone recommended Blule Net Hospital in Cabo. While the services were good, they required a $30,000 deposit before they would do anything. I stayed in the hospital for 2 1/2 days and had antibiotics. The surgeon was good (my ortho here said no major issues that she could see yet) and the hospital staff very attentive and friendly. However....usually a 3 day stay in a hospital after this type of surgery is $8,000 to $13,000 and they were requiring $67,000. IF ANYONE ELSE HAS THIS ISSUE, THERE IS AN EASY FIX: contact your credit card company and state "This hospital used predatory pricing and preyed on our situation and distress. Reverse the charges since they never provided upfront pricing nor did they ever (even after four month) provide an invoice." Also, contact the PROFECO in Mexico that handles consumer and billing grievances and they WILL (!!!) file a medical complaint. After a hospital has so many of these complaints, the government will close them down. Yay! I also have an attorney in Cabo who will be representing me; contact me directly if you need their contact info.

I was on cruiseship and taken by ambulance to blue net hospital in cabo. The care was fine. Doctors…read morespoke English. Nurses did not. The hospital required a $5000 deposit. They said they would bill insurance. I texted with hospital to see the bill. 77000 pesos whixh is about $4500 USD. Found out that the international billing office bIlled my insurance $50,450.06 USD. TOTALLY DISHONEST .It would have been better to deny having insurance paid the bill and submitted it myself. BEWARE THIS HOSPITAL AND DISHONEST PRACTICES.
