He venido a esta farmacia un par de veces y, sinceramente, es muy triste decirlo, pero aquí claramente perfilan a las personas según quiénes son, especialmente a quienes venimos de Los Ángeles y no somos locales. Aprovechan eso para subir los precios exageradamente. Esta es la segunda o tercera vez que vengo, y en esta ocasión vine a comprar medicamento para la alergia para mi hermana. Intentaron cobrármelo casi cuatro veces más caro. Mientras estaba pagando hice mi propia investigación y decidí no comprarlo al final. Este lugar constantemente intenta aprovecharse de la gente. I'm not sure if this is the same Farmacia La Mas Barata I go to or not but either way, this is a great pharmacy and the doctors office attached is quick and efficient. I have a condition that is extremely difficult for most doctors in San Diego to wrap their heads around called "Secondary Hypothyroidism". Easily google-able however extremely difficult for any MD to understand.....so... I got sick of the battle to get the meds I need.... and decided to just go to mexico. Lo and behold my meds that are sooooo hard to get prescribed here are over the counter there! Ha!Problem solved. Plus, the staff is always friendly and helpful--especially Angel. I also get a few other things including injectable Vitamin B complex and Iron. No more $50 for one injection at a med spa! The time it takes for me to go there and back is same as a doctors visit (note I have a sentry pass). read more

I gave the pharmacy a list of what I wanted and some items required a prescription so they led me next door to a doctor that wrote prescriptions for $44 for 3 prescriptions, she charged per prescription. I got all medications and they gave me prices on regular & generics to choose. Super friendly staff and I speak no Spanish. read more

This is definitely the place to buy your medicine cheap! They have a wide assortment of OTC, prescribed, and controlled meds (controlled meds need a legitimate prescription by a doctoror). I recently had weight loss surgery and the sell the adult version of Pedialyte and what makes it so good is that it is cheap and tasted just like the fruit on the bottle. For instance (I know people don't care about this-they are just interested in the meds but...) the pineapple electrolytes tastes just like a juicy pineapple. So they have medications here that you can buy without a prescription like certain antibiotics and Viagra. There are pharmacists on site to help you with your purchases as some names are different in Spanish. Now, if you come here you are in Mexico.......I say that to say that not everyone here speaks English and no one should expect them too. The official language here is Spanish. Having said that, there are staff that do speak English. This pharmacy also sells drinks and snacks, also some medical supplies like bandaids. They are open 24 hours. Wear your masks! read more

Very close to the boarder and super convenient if you need to get a few things quick and head back to the U.S. Also, this place is open 24/7 so I was able to stop by at the end of our vacation in the late evening before headed home. I was in town on business, and it got way too late to drive back to Los Angeles. So I decided to spend the night in TJ, along Ave. Revolucion. I needed some toiletries, and this was the first place that I spotted while I was driving toward the hotel. It was past midnight, so they had limited access to the store. I had to order my items through the service window. I paid for my items, and I was on my way. The service here was excellent. I can't speak about the meds here, but this place is convenient for toiletry needs. read more

Not the best pharmacy in TJ but it does have it's uses. They all speak english, which isn't necessary for me but some people need it. A bit of a tourist trap. There is plenty of parking and a nice mini mart next door to grab beer, water, etc. It's also easy to get to and the place is huge, so they are never out of stock. It is a bit more expensive than most. So if I'm in a hurry headed to the border I go here, otherwise I have other smaller, cheaper options. read more

I went to buy medications and the pharmacist who helped me was not helpful and sort of a liar. I was looking for allopurinol and he told me that that product was discontinued and it was not being made anymore in Mexico. Also, I asked for several generics such as carvedilol and olmesartan and he said that they were only brand name in Mexico. I stopped at another pharmacy and surprise surpise , they had generic carvedilol and also allopurinol. Dont go there, it is a tourist trap read more

I purchased medication from Edmond on 04/06/2017 at the Revolution Ave location.. He recommended the Dr next door to administer the shot. He assured me she was qualified. They have a business relationship with each other because they was no fee to administer the shot. The shot was not administerd per the detailed instructions posted online by Bayer Manufacturing vedio. The medicine ended up on my clothing. i have been trying for three weeks to get some sort of remidy for this problem and all I get is the runaround. $110 and three weeks wasted because no yet seems to care. Be careful with the farmacist, they try to sell you anything that is similar to what your doctor prescribed. They try to sell me a drug that contains some of the same formula but the dosage of each item was supper different, plus it was missing one key item to the original formula. So in reality it ended up not being the same thing. Keep an eye on the formulas and make sure they don't try to sell you what they have on hand. If they don't have it in stock, just go to another farmacy, there are plenty in Mexico, one in almost every corner. read more
