I driven by this pharmacy several times while driving back to Los Angeles from Ensenada. The pharmacy is clean and they are very well stocked on GLP-1 medications. I was able to compare at least three pharmacies and this one had Ozempic cheaper than all others by 400 pesos. So, if you buy six here, you are basically getting one free vs. Farmacias Roma or the pharmacy inside Soriana. I paid 4,100 pesos per Ozempic pen 0.25 mg. The customer service is a little stale though. I asked information on other medications for pain and the pharmacist wasn't very helpful. The pharmacist did provide me with a nice travel packet for the Ozempic that included a cooler, ice packs and the Ozempic covered in plastic bubble wrap to avoid damage. Overall, I would definitely come back to this store. Just don't expect a warm smile when talking to them. read more

Pésimo servicio te dan muchos teléfonos para llamar y en ninguno te contestan o te cortan la llamada, call center solo te hace perder tiempo, dicen que llevan el pedido en una hora y pasan más de 4 horas y nada llamas y te dicen qué hay un medicamento que no tienen me hicieron perder mi vuelo esperando. Al final llego la orden completa pero no el presupuesto que ya me habían dado. Por qué no hablan claro desde el principio algunas de las personas que contestan son amables y otras solo te cuelgan el teléfono. Muy poco profesionales, no tienen buena comunicación entre ellos y pierdes mucho tiempo esperando. Pésimo horrible y lo peor. Unos se echan la culpa a otros es un desastre y nada profesionales. read more

I have gotten a great doctor for my Advanced Rumatoid Arthritis and bone disease along with my fragile immune system. I called Farmacias Especializadas not knowing the language or their services. A woman got on the phone, who was trulyclearly bilingual. I have to say once we started talking about what medications I might need and other medications that are similar,she was brilliant clear and extremely informative. I was so relieved she understood my questions and provided me with the information I needed. She was a great communicator. My care was the only concern I had regarding life time dream of moving. I'm back to be excited and ready to order the moving truck. This stranger at Farmacias Especializadas, took time out of her day to speak to an naive American,on the phone. This she took time to ease my fears.I truly feel this company will be able to get the medications I need.As we get older we worry about our care more as it becomes more demanding.
