I had the option to wait outside the building, which gave me peace of mind since there were about 10 people waiting for different offices inside the hall. Julio, the angel of the day, made the experience quick and easy. He made sure I was comfortable and had a very optimistic attitude, which helped calm the nerves. I'm grateful to all of the staff who was working that day. I know they're overworked because of the demand for testing on the island, but they still treat every patient as if they were the only one they were seeing. Will definitely go back whenever I need any other test done.

Found this place in a panic. By 6:30 I had new frames and lenses back on my face. Our daughter speaks fluent Spanish but it was not needed. Wilma met us at the desk with a smile and pointed us to Andrea who spoke perfect English and was a complete sweetheart. Angel cut the lenses within 30 min. and sent me a text when they were done. Bottom line is that I am basically blind without my glasses and would've have a very hard time for the next week. I can't say enough good things about these folks. Amazing. 5 stars.

This laboratory counts with COVID molecular testing as well as the antigen test. An appointment is…read morenot required to get tested. The cost for the antigen test is $70. When I arrived and got to the front test, I quickly realized that the receptionist was not wearing a mask, which striked me as odd and a bit concerning. After I payed for the test, I was told to go inside and sit on the testing area. While I waited, which was less than 1 minute to be honest, I noticed that the office's assistant wasn't wearing a mask either. The testing professional put her on as soon as she saw me and, without any pleasentries, asked me to pull down my mask so she could do the teat and immediately inserted the cotton swab into my nostril. I waited for my test outside for abour 15-20 minutes. When they came out to provide the results, the assistant finally put a mask on. The service was quick and efficient, but the lack of concern for the actual threat of infection is a big red flag.

The toilet paper is so cheap it rips just by looking at it, so make sure to work the roll and get a healthy share before you get down to business. The space is very clean most of the time and there is little traffic going in and out so feel free to make as much noise as you want. The toilets are 'hands free' which is great for sanitation purposes. The faucets are also 'hands free' and the liquid soap is standard quality (didn't know if it was Anti-bacterial). The paper towel roll is always filled which is nice considering the cheap air blower is terrible. You might as well stick your hands out of a moving vehicle. All in all, these things are easy to overlook if you are looking for privacy in a public place.
