Ok fine, I called a roofer and signed a contract to get the roof replaced. They gave me the run around about sending the contract to underwriting for approval. I called numerous times requesting info on the progress. Nothing, so I switched to another SF agent. Turns out, they cancelled my policy without any information given to underwriting. That's poor customer service in my book. My new SF agent is bending over backwards to clean up Gayle's mess.

First, I hit a deer for the first time in my life, but the car was able to go home after, it was picked up and taken away within two hours. Roadside service took it exactly where it needed to be and I had no problems to deal with beyond the original accident.
