Marty was VERY rude and unprofessional on and off the phone, including swearing at me. I had my coverage transferred to Amal Atal in Dearborn. Allstate's higher ups slammed Marty's actions and apologized many times on his behalf. Do NOT choose Marty for your insurance needs. This is your warning!
