Alex followed up the next day and was able to provide a quote that same day based on a short conversation to confirm details of our vehicles, driving history and our home. This is a great insurance company and Phil and his staff provide customer service at a level that I never expected. I've been insured with just about every major insurance company in my life but never had agents who sincerely took an interest in my best interest. Excellent service. Crystal Bishop has been working with me and my wife and she has done an amazing job. As an independent agent she was able to find me rates that were significantly lower than what I was quoted at some of the big name insurance companies. This is a great insurance agent. I never really thought there was a difference between one agency or another but this group really takes great care of their customers. I had a claim and instead of causing me problems, the owner of the agency, Phil, went out of his way on a weekend to get me help and make sure my claim was processed quickly.
