Chris was parked across the street finishing his lunch and about to take a walk around Holly Branch park and I knocked on is window to ask if he knew how to change a tire? He was so kind. He said his father taught him how and within a few minutes (and a lot of strong arm labor - those lug nuts are on their TIGHT!) he had my spare tire on and I was off to the tore store to get it plugged (or in this case, a whole new tire.) Chris actually said, "I can help you. Let me call work -" and he called his boss David to say he'd be helping me and may be back late from his hour long lunch break. Turns out, Chris has been working for State Farm for years, but is a young father of two and truly kind to help out a damsel in distress. I actually have Triple AAA but the AI App kept hanging up on me - not good. I can't say enough about Chris and how kind he was to me on a hot afternoon when my emergency back up plan (Triple AAA) let me down. I texted him my thanks later and also heard from David how happy he was that Chris could -and did - help me. Guess you are assigned to a local agent because I was assigned to Nick. His office called me the next day and stated to give them a call. I called and had a conversation with Nick, where he made some recommendations on my policy and thoughts on where it should be. I agreed we could review and he stated we needed to wait for it to come back from underwriting. Weeks passed and thought we were good. But, this was not the case. Never received a call from the office informing me there were any issues. However, I did receive a piece of mail from State Farm informing me that my policy was being cancelled for spouse? I'm single, have a clean driving record, zero tickets and no accidents. Thanks Jake from State Farm. They not only replaced you (a real employee) with a Hollywood actor, they just replaced this potential long term customer with no one. You should go back to your old slogan, because like a good neighbor, you're definitely are not there.
