Mark has been my agent since January 2019. He has been so helpful. I was going through many life changes in the past 4 years and he has helped me so much with my continuous updates to my insurance needs. (And I mean, I've had to drop and re-add family members, change coverage multiple times, due to a sickness and death in the family and then again with a marriage). Having recently lost his own Father, he was compassionate and understanding of my situation. He has helped me with auto, home, life and umbrella insurance. He goes the extra mile to make sure we are getting the best rates possible. He has come to my house when I wasn't able to leave to set up the insurance. When my daughter needed roadside assistance, he personally got involved via text and phone calls to make sure she was ok and get the help she needed. I don't know where to start, if I could give negative stars I would. I have been a client for 15+ years and have been happy. I moved out of the country and while away my previous agent retired and I was transferred to Mark. When I had questions and/or needed to renew my policies, I rarely received a call back and never received an actual quote as I requested from Mark. I left multiple voice messages and e-mails. I was looking to move to a new condo and asked for condo insurance and they gave me a quote for the condo I was currently living in??? How that happened I have no idea. I requested again for them to give me a quote for the condo I am going to actually move into (again this is over a month later) they never responded again. I called Mark numerous times and emailed him and he never responded to me during the several months I had questions about my automobile policy and my new condo policy I wanted to obtain with them. I eventually moved into my condo with no insurance and still had no insurance. Fed up I called Samantha Reffitt of Farmers Insurance in Dublin, Ohio and she gave me and signed me up with a policy in 30 minutes and gave me the best service ever. Mark's service and the service of his staff is absolutely horrible. I could never imagine using him as an agent. And I have been a policy holder with the company for over 15 years.
