Most said the agent is only available by appointment bc he/she doesn't come to the office otherwise. When I called Dee Miller State Farm, Dee answered the phone. I met with him that day and interviewed him like I was hiring him. Which is technically what I'm doing. My agent is there to help with any issues, make sure I'm protected in case of a loss, and help me plan for the future. He's been quick to respond to any questions or policy changes I've requested. He's been available to help in choosing policies. He doesn't give an answer he's unsure about and will take the time to find out and get back with me. An agent is someone you trust to protect you and your family for today and every tomorrow. I think I found a pretty good agent for that.
