She took over my accounts/policies when my original agent left the company. She has never tried to…read morereach out or try contacting me to come into the office for a meet n greet. I've never heard from her at all. When I called to cancel my policies because I found better insurance for almost 1/2 the cost, she was rude on the phone, and asked me again who I was. She rudely told me to send her an email providing written request to cancel my policy. She didn't ask me why I was cancelling or even try to get me to stay since I have been with this company for over 15 years. I finally called the main customer service line and spoke with a different representative and he was super nice. He point blank said I "didn't" need to submit a written request and he could take care of it over the phone right then. She's not friendly and not professional at all!
