Laura kindly walked me through the process and I really felt she was on my side. I didn't have to spend hours on the phone waiting for a customer service agent, which was very comforting when I was in an auto accident and when a pipe burst in my home years ago. After cancelling my life insurance policy with Farmers in May 2025, today I received a letter from Farmers notifying me that my policy is active. Just a letter saying it's active -- why would it be active again? so they can resume charging me for a policy I don't want? I spent an hour on the phone with customer service, and their response was "oopsie, that must have been a miscommunication". How do you accidentally miscommunicate in a way that reinstates a canceled policy of a former customer? I'll keep watching for more letters and surprise charges.

He aligned himself with my in-laws in a contested probate situation as a non-family member and even received personal items I believe were rightfully mine. At the time, I was still actively working through life insurance policies and other matters with Allstate, which made the lack of support and personal conflict even more difficult. As a grieving widow raising four children, I reached out to Greg for help as a customer and was dismissed. He refused to assist me with important forms, forcing me to go through Allstate Corporate multiple times just to get basic support that any policyholder should be entitled to. I've also noticed that negative reviews about this agent and agency tend to disappear -- including mine -- which raises serious concerns about transparency. I previously attempted to share this experience here, but it was removed without explanation. That kind of filtering only adds to the distrust. I never really care or understood what my car and rental insurance covered and what bad / good / great coverage meant. I called my auto-assigned agency (automatically assigned when I moved across the country and changed my address) and was pleasantly surprised at the kindness and patience while I asked if they were going to drop me because of my car type being stolen and so popular for being stolen. I sat down with Greg and learned so. much. information about deductibles, what covers what, why I need to raise or lower certain pieces and about Umbrella Coverage (never even heard about it before!) but also how I will be taken care of when I travel - which is fairly extensive - and have recommendations.
