After having a terrible experience with Charlie Wick (who is also with Edward Jones) where I had an appointment with Charlie, who I had known for many years, I arrived on time and gave my name to his receptionist, Charlie got up from his desk, shut his door and had instructed his receptionist to send me to a new, young advisor in another office I did not know nor with whom I wanted to meet!!! My appointment was with Charlie! You will NEVER get this treatment from Kevin!!!!! Don't give up on Edward Jones because of arrogant investors who pass you off to a junior advisor!!!!
