Credit union of Colorado has the best online banking app in Colorado, take some hints from them. Overall, if you want seemless ach transfers and customer service that provides fast and easy solutions, go somewhere else. I'll be pushing to refi this loan as soon as possible. Unfortunately my credit took a late payment hit because I couldn't get an ach transfer through to save my life and conveniently "we can't take debit cards over the phone" which is bs since they've done that for me several times in the past. Edit: spoke to Joan at the bank and she made a big difference in my opinion. The online app still sucks, but at least I have someone who understands my situation
