Not a large selection, but they do have a number of good specialty items: some ethnic goods, some bulk-purchase grains, inexpensive spices and teas packed in 1- and 2-oz plastic bags (vanilla beans, Tellicherry peppercorns, Chinese five spice, allspice, whole cumin, brown and yellow mustard seeds, whole cloves, cinnamon sticks and ground cinnamon, white and black sesame seeds, etc.). Some locally produced items (vine-ripe tomatoes from Tennessee, local squash, locally produced milk in glass bottles, etc.). Fresh produce can be hit-or-miss--some items have definitely passed their prime, and others are wonderfully fresh (look for the items labeled "locally grown").
