Fat chance, they're going to trump up a hundred reasons not to give you the money and then try and charge you more than two months rent to leave. I've rented for nearly a decade now and have never been anything short of a great tenant or had any issues with an apartment management company. This is a place of rental nightmare. If you want to rent from them you may as well prepare to donate a grand to their company and go to school to learn to repair issues with the apartment yourself.
