The worst experience I've ever had with a realtor. I've dealt with bad service before, but this was on an entirely different level. They seemed completely unprepared, failed to advocate for their client, and appeared far more focused on getting a commission check than providing quality service. My closing was mishandled from start to finish, and I'm still dealing with issues related to it. The attorney they recommended made a major error and disbursed repair funds that were supposed to be withheld under a signed agreement. Those funds were sent to the seller, and I'm still fighting to get my money back. Communication was poor, follow-through was lacking, and there was little sense of urgency when problems arose. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for representation and avoiding the attorney they recommend as well. What should have been an exciting experience turned into a frustrating and costly mess. read more

While her team is impressive, their coordination is not. Handoffs to team members are not seamless, members don't seem to understand your needs. We had a complicated estate sale for my late father. Closing couldn't be in person and repairs required were incomplete and needed last minute work. We never really heard from her or got negotiating advice. After all of this I'm getting emails and texts from them as "James" and this is my late fathers name, not mine, and it hurts every time. Haven't heard a peep from them since closing read more

Very unhappy with my experience with Jessi . We relocated here Nov 11th 2022 and bought a brand new home. We did everything online and when we got here was so pissed to find that the home was .02 miles from mobile homes that are a total eye sore. When I told her that I would have never bought this home and that she should have informed me that they were there she stated that she hadn't seen any mobile/trailer homes. We trusted her and either she is incompetent or just a used cars salesperson. Based on my experience I would never recommend them. We used this real estate company to buy a home we are going to rehab. The information we received said it was on a crawl space. We bought the property on their information, not quite knowing what was really there because of the debris in the yard and lack of lighting on the inside of the home. After we closed on the home we found it was a slab not crawl space which impacts renovation and sales price on the home. When we showed up for closing, the lawyer they chose, wasn't even aware we were closing, and so was not scheduled. My husband who had taken time off work was then told we would have to come back another day, which was a major problem for him, so I went to sign at the closing . Their attention to detail was lacking as we didn't recieve a legal discription of the property until I asked for one because they didn't provide one. They showed no regard for us as their client or for the future listing from us on this property. read more

Shannon Rollings Realty did a wonderful job of helping me sell my house. It was located in Pleasant Pointe and there were many other houses in the neighborhood up for sale. She did a full color brochure and nice well made video. The house sold within sixty days. Ms. Rollins held several open houses on our property and gave me great advice on what to do to make the house more flattering. This is a nice company and definitely a realtor I will call again if I ever buy another house or sell mine. read more

NEVER EVER rent from these people. I would even be concerned with buying from this as well because they seem more concerned with not ruffling feathers then actually taking care of their customers. When I first moved in my house I had to get in touch with them often for over 3 months on multiple issues with the house. The house was also not very clean, had random boxes of junk, and had multiple maintenance issues as well as cosmetic issues. During the two years I stayed there, there were still things they never fixed. There's was a time we had to have our ac unit fixed and the guy said be back to finish it. He never showed back up. We told them relentlessly for 3-4+ months that it needed to be finished and they pretty much ignored us. Some maintenance issues were better than others, but they had really terrible communication in general. ESPECIALLY if you have to go through them and a tenant. At the end of our lease they were trying to charge us for all this stuff that wasn't our fault. Things like the terrible paint job of A PREVIOUS tenant, a dog chewed window sill (we actually painted it because it looked so terrible), blinds that were previously broken, and lawn furniture that had been outdoors since over five years ago. The worst part is we did alot to keep the house up and did some maintenance that came out of our own pocket and our time spent. The main issue is they don't know how to wrangle their landlords. They would rather no one be bitching instead of taking care of things correctly and fairly. I would never recommend this people and suggest you look otherwise. If you do have to use them, even in real estate, DOCUMENT EVERY SINGLE THING. Take pictures of everything, only send in emails so there's proof of conversation, etc. I wish I did more of this! They eventually sided with us because the landlord was on a delusional power trip, but they should have reigned that in. Though we still had to pay a cleaning fee just because I forgot to clean the oven. The rest of the house was so clean, I had even deep cleaned it recently. So glad I'm out of Disgusta!!! read more
