The project was supposed to take a week and probably took 5-6 weeks. A month after completion, the sand which wasn't properly packed began falling apart. You could literally touch it and it would crumble. I contacted the business owner who nonchalantly told me to go get some concrete repair and fix it myself. What was supposed to be weed free for 5-7 years was already growing weeds within a month. The owner no longer answers my phone calls and my pavers have more weeds now than ever before. We'll probably go to court to at least cover the cost of redoing the sand. To add insult to injury, he charged us for all the stain he overbought and then took it with him and used it on his next projects. I paid for that shit, it should have been left with us.
