Although Lori was great to work with, the service that was provided to me by the flooring people was horrible. They laid flooring down over metal pieces and left gaps around the cabinets in the kitchen. They also left gaps around my water heater in the bathroom and didn't secure the flooring under my stackable washer and dryer so it caved the flooring in once they were put back into place. It was awful. And then it took almost three weeks for them to come back out and fix the mistakes. And that wasn't the end of it! I got charged an additional fee for all of that even though they were coming back to fix the poor service that was provided to me in the first place. The only thing I could think of is that they had bad contractors that day or they were having an "off" day when the service was originally provided. Thankfully the fee was taken care of and I got better service the second time around. I'm giving two stars for the frustration I dealt with getting the flooring fixed. Not saying this company is bad to deal with but beware the services that may be provided.

His presentation was stellar, and he designed exactly what we desired in our Master Bath remodel. His bid was a bit high, but we decided to move forward with the project anyway. Envision required a $5,000 deposit upon signing the contract. Matt told us that we needed to write a check, and that he couldn't accept a Credit Card. We complied. My Husband and I are Senior Citizens. We have an older home, and it was getting increasingly difficult for my Husband to step over the side of the tub to shower. We were very anxious for the project to begin, but the contract's estimated time of installation was in 4-5 months due to supply chain issues. [A 4-5 month wait time seemed a bit extreme.] I called Envision on August 18th, the 5 mbonth marker, to get an update on our Installation. Rachael said that she would contact their Forman, Jacob, to find out where he was at with our Installation schedule. She never got back to me with that information. Fast forward to September 9th, 2022. I called Envision and left a voice mail message with Rachael saying that we had lost our patience and quite frankly any faith in their company. I requested a refund of our $5,000 deposit. Shortly thereafter I got a Voice Mail from Rachel saying that she herself had already mailed a check about a week ago, and that we should have gotten it by now. Then seconds later I got a Text from her saying to disregard her Voice Mail! The refund she spoke of was for another client!!!!!!!! She said that she'd have Jacob call me, which he did. Jacob said that the 3-5 month window was only and 'estimate' and that the Contract clearly reads 'No Refunds'. He offered to drop off the material he had for us in their Warehouse in our driveway. What? Unacceptable! My husband was diagnosed with Cancer in August, and has since then passed on. It was extremely difficult for me to get him in and out of the shower/tub. A Walk-In Shower as promised by Envision would have been a God Send for both of us. I have read several reviews that my Husband and I aren't the only folks they've stolen from. My Attorney is handling it at this point. It is despicable that this Company is still in business. What they've done is criminal. Leigh Morgan, the owner, needs to be investigated. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, AND DO NOT GIVE THEM ONE DIME UNTIL THE INSTALLATION IS COMPLETED!

During this time, Todd, Donna, and Larry were courteous in keeping their correspondence regular without being overbearing, and we were able to stay on the same page without feeling pressured or frustrated by the exchanges. Additionally, we felt that the cost of the project was competitive for that of a smaller company given the quality products and opportunities extended by the Osers to minimize the cost of the project when it was first discussed. Despite the already competitive price point and the delays to the start of the project which may have otherwise resulted in changes to the cost of the materials needed, the Osers were extremely hospitable in working to keep the quoted price the same once we were ready to get started. Additionally, after we worked with the Osers to address a miscommunication on our part which would have typically resulted in a minor increase in the cost of the project, we were able to once again maintain the original quoted cost of the project due to the company's flexibility and understanding. Last but not least, our floors look incredible and the members of the installation team were friendly, efficient, and competent throughout the installation process, which took only a day to complete. To summarize, we received flawless results at reasonable prices without a moment of stress to show for it, and we couldn't have asked for more out of the experience.

Their estimate was somewhere in the mid-high range and we hired them based on reputation as well. They finished the initial job well enough. However, the unit kept cycling off and on very quickly; they had to come out 2 more times before deciding that, yes, they should have enlarged the air intake to accommodate the units they put in. They fixed this and did a fine job on it. Fast forward to this spring and I am cutting the lawn. I bump the plastic slab they set the air conditioning unit on, and the AC unit goes flying across the slab, hanging on only by the refrigerant line; the unit is not secured to the base. I call their office and on the return call next day, they insist that the AC unit does not need to be secured to the base. Our unit right next to this one IS secured to the base. I am not pleased with them.

From the start: wiring errors, repeated outages, and multiple service visits that never fixed the root problem. July: Water from a faulty conduit leaked into my electrical panel, causing a burning smell and clicking noises. Kentucky Utilities inspected, confirmed the danger, and shut off power to my home. Synergy restarted it -- but still missed the cause. Weeks later, Generac had me do a manual load test. It failed again with the same burning smell. Only then did Synergy send a different technician, who finally found the real issues: poorly stripped wiring, a broken seal from conduit torque, and water intrusion. After months of safety risks, outages, and stress, Synergy's "compensation" was only a 5-year service contract... meaning the same company that caused the unsafe installation expected me to trust them to maintain it. I cannot recommend them

I was also looking to replace gutters, and he advised me that all of the gutters did not need replacing, which of course saved me money. They came on time, worked all day (finished in one day) and totally cleaned up the mess at the end of the day. I was also very pleased with his pricing. All in all, a great company!

Three weeks ago Jacob's Ladder came to my property for an estimate. I explained that getting the…read moreestimate was time sensitive, and the reasons thereof. They said they would not be able to start the project for about 3 months and I said that would be perfect timing; I only needed an estimate within a week. I told them I would be cancelling my original estimate since they came over so quickly, so I would really need their estimate. I have called them over half a dozen times and left messages with no response. Since there have been issues with phone service for the past 3 weeks, understandably there was a good possibility that they never even received my messages. Today, three weeks later, I again called the main number and texted the man who did the estimate. When I still received no answer, I called their emergency line explaining that although this is not an emergency, I thought that maybe they did not receive my previous messages and could she please relay the message. I went so far as to say that I know this is not an emergency as I am a RN and it's not life or death, but again, no one has returned a call or message in 3 weeks so perhaps they did not receive my previous messages. That said, I received a very nasty text from them saying that it was very offensive to them to inquire on their "emergency line" (the only line where someone answers the phone) that I expect a phone call back after 3 weeks of them doing the initial estimate and how "Christian" they are! So let me respond from the Bible, Proverbs 15:1: "A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." Christian IS as Christian DOES. I would not recommend this company.
