I had been struggling with brown recluses and little scorpions for way too long. Dallas showed up right on time (on Aug 6), was friendly and explained the process and treated my entire home and outside perimeter. He also set monitor baits around home, that he will check at next service. I was impressed at how thorough he was...he really cared and took his time! Even in the blistering heat. In the past, I had used big name companies (at my home and business)--but they only showed up and sprayed here and there, charged me and left. I decided I would so my own pest control--but wasn't working. I live in a wooded area, so I needed professional services. I'm glad I tried this local company...that also offered a better price.
