Except for labs I have had 25+ visits when I have left satisfied. Labs are great (the blood-taker lady is sooo good); they just run a bit slow. Count for a 30 minute wait and I have tried all sorts of navigations to find the fast time - without results. Take a book. The front desk performs effortlessly. Never have I gotten a wrong bill. Prescription refills and nurses by phone are a breeze. Did I say I also love my Doctor?

I am a fairly new patient coming from the UAB system and USA is much more patient focjused and friendly from reception, nurses, other medical staff as well as physicians. My only complaint is that here as well as everywhere appointment wait time is too long.
