i have my PCP, orthopedist, and have two visits to the ER here. All these interactions have been as good as I could have gotten at any medical facility. I am a fairly new patient coming from the UAB system and USA is much more patient focjused and friendly from reception, nurses, other medical staff as well as physicians. My only complaint is that here as well as everywhere appointment wait time is too long. read more

Beware of this medical facility,because the doctors are trying to see 25 to 30 patients every day, and this according to the clinical manager,all the doctors operate in the same way,this not good for the care of patients,being rushed in and rushed out of the doors of mobile diagnostics,even though they have big brand new building, quality of the medical care I received from Dr.Timothy Kennedy and his nurse named Alfreda , who acts like she's working as a prison guard,she fields all of Dr. t Timothy Kennedy's and also tries to give medical advice,to Dr. Timothy Kennedy's patients because he has to many patients and he doesn't have time to talk to his patients so he tells Alfreda his nurse to speak people like myself who put their trust in him as a medical care provider and the quality of the care that I have received from Dr. Timothy Kennedy is getting worse and worse and so called my insurance company to have Dr.Timothy Kennedy MD removed from my account as my primary medical care provider effective 9/1/2024 on scale from 1-10 , I would rate the level of care I received is a 1,which is not good, he have work under the supervision of an expierenced doctor,and not be playing this numbers game, misdiagnosing patients illnesses because they are trying to see 25-30 patients every day and I just want everyone I know to know about mobile diagnostics I was misdiagnosed by Dr.Timothy Kennedy the last of August 2024 and I called to get Dr.Timothy Kennedy md to see me and I was told September 25, 2024 is the best appointment that Dr. Timothy Kennedy could make time for a. follow up appointment I call this substandard medical care I called to speak to the Director of this Medical Care Facility and the clinical manager who said her name is LEXY,said she would relay my concerns to the Director of mobile diagnostics, and have not received a call from him, nor has he addressed my concerns like he doesn't care about the patients that come to mobile diagnostics medical clinic for medical care and diagnosis, I have had lab work done and have never been given the results, but Dr. Timothy Kennedy has been paid by HUMANA read more
