If you have a straight, easy return to…read morefile, they may be able to handle it for you (beware that if you are not Spanish speaking you are at a huge disadvantage!). I took in the papers for a return for a Family Trust and even gave them a copy of the previous year return and they screwed it up to the point of instead of no taxes due (as the previous 3 years), they calculated that we owed over $29K!!! They even screwed up the accompanying documents after I explained it to them! Oh, and let me not forget that when I arrived, I was told there would be a "tiny" wait...after 30 minutes I asked how much longer and was told to return in an hour! Really? They couldn't have told me that upon arrival? There's 30 minutes of my life I will never get back. While I was waiting, a woman was complaining that she had NOT been told that there was a $50 fee for having her check mailed and not direct deposited. Her complaint included the lack of clearly spoken English. The apparent manager did refund the woman her money but I feel like that may have been because so many people were waiting and overheard her. Said manager did apologize to me for the wait and I did accept his apology, however; the lack of professionalism, knowledge and common courtesy is inexcusable! Again, if you have any issues or anything out of the norm on your return, this is NOT the place to go!!

Anyone using the service should check their QB accounts and make sure that the company or individual is the master administrator. Do not give an accountant permission to automatically draft your bank account. Change your QB password frequently. Do not let them close out each month. If you are invoicing you cannot make changes or add finance or late payments charges or any changes to the invoice.
