However, the company is refusing to return 100% of our refund and have done nothing for six months but ask for things already provided. Charles is gone and the new person they put us with didn't value us as clients but instead, judged us, and worked against us instead of working for us. read more

I have been a client of Molen and Associates since tax year 2011. Back then, as a single person with not a lot of "surprises" in life, I only used their services once a year. But as life rapidly progressed in the last 6 years, I have added a spouse, 2 kids, an income rental property, an "oopsie, I forgot to report" turned IRS Audit, all which were handled by Yvonne (who I was informed today has reduced to being seasonal staff member). She handled everything with ease and professionalism. Guided us through the Audit battle with the IRS and steered the ship back on course. Today I want to rave about Joe Webb, Senior Tax Professional. I had an investment opportunity arise in which I wanted to know the tax implications it would have next year. Joe was not only very thorough in his answers, but was able to clearly and knowledgeably "dumb down" the complicated situation for me to feel confident in moving forward with a decision. Not only did he just give general advice, but he took the time to open up my client folder and tell me specifically what to look out for and some potential strategies. It is so rare to find a company these days where client relations and service is top priority. I have been using Molens services for 6 years. Was introduced to them by a police officer. I am not a gov employee, which they are known for, but they also provide great service for regular individuals! They have s staff that is VERY customer service oriented, which is hard to come by these days. They also have great complimentary cookies which they allow me to take a handful when I leave. The only reason I did not rate a 5 is because as a spiritual man only 1 person rates to the top. I don't know the owners never have had to meet them that says a lot for all the folks working at Molen's usually the person that picks up the phone handles my question or concern always in a professional manner polite and I feel they listen to my concern. Once an explanation to my question is made they never make me feel like an idiot even though I know they have answered the same question a thousand time before mine. I have moved from the Champions neighborhood to West Texas and it has never been a problem for me or them, the phone interviews go smoothly and with confidence that all is handled, I appreciate this company and the good work they do, I will be a Customer as long as I can.
