Very accommodating service. I called in an order from Los Angeles on a Saturday to send flowers to my mother-in-law who was recovering from surgery at her daughter's house in Parker (where she had fallen and broken her hip earlier in the week while visiting from L.A.) The shop was closing, but they took my order anyway and delivered the flowers in less than 2 hours. After being told by 1-800-Flowers that they didn't think they could deliver my arrangement in time for my sister's birthday, I decided to go online and see if I could find a local florist and I found Fascinating Things. Gloria treated us very poorly and never returned our texts or calls when trying to coordinate our florals for our wedding. When my husband and I would call and she would answer, she would talk over us and not let us get a word in. When we told her we wanted to revise our order, she actually canceled our order and revised her prices so that it would be more expensive when we re-ordered. When we asked Gloria about that, she admitted it. Because of her lack of communication skills, her poor customer service and unethical business practices, we will not be continuing communications with her and we will let others know about this bad service as well. read more
