My Gin and tonic had no gin and less than 1/4 ounce of ice chips even though Pepe asked if I wanted ice and the pizza was soupy. I was charged a 2.5 Euro service fee. When I asked for the bathroom, I was told it was upstairs. When I got there it was charge or you needed a ticket. Pepe, who was still just standing around gave me a ticket as if to say, "what, you don't want to pay an additional service fee for our miserable service?" I love Italian food, but after having it for one week in Switzerland in the Italian side of the country and another week in Italy I was ready for a change. The place is next to the hotel I am staying at and it was very good, staff was friendly, good wine and it will not break the bank.
