Additionally, I do not have a mortgage through this company and it has been nearly 7 years since I have been in contact with them. It immediately sounded fishy (I Googled the phone number from which the text came and it was from an out of state number and I could not find anybody by a matching name that was connected with this mortgage company and location) so I reached out to the the specific loan agent to give him a heads up and he quickly replied that it was not a scam and he actually requested the associate reach out to me. I'm thinking they may have just needed busy work for somebody to go back into files and find contact information of somebody you spoke with 7 years ago who never even had a loan with your office. Who does this? Highly unprofessional and kind of sketchy. Hopefully corporate will see this and address the situation.

Now, my premium is coming due again. She raised my premium $159.00/yr. Again, no claims! It's been over 10 years since I've had any claim on my house. My mortgage has gone up because of her! AND, she is forcing upon me a reduction in coverage to boot! She says my roof is 80 years old. It's not. It was replaced in 1997 with a Aluma-Lock Roof Shingles. It's a LIFETIME roof. So I looked for a better deal. They weren't interested in price matching or looking for another solution. Then my policy was not renewed because I have copper plumbing (the most common type in the US). Copper lasts 75 years and this property was built in the mid-1980's. I felt compelled to warn others there is zero customer service or loyalty with this office. Look elsewhere there are better options.
