Since then, I have been unable to register the car because the title was never properly transferred to my name. The vehicle remains under the previous owner ("Kim"). I have been paying insurance and repair costs, but cannot legally drive or register the vehicle. After repeated attempts to resolve this, I was finally told on Thursday, Sept 25, 2025 by Adva Cohen, a representative of the company, that the car is actually a salvage title -- something that was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase. All the mechanics were picked up from home depot none of them have papers or know what they're doing. The sales people will sell you a fucked up car and have their "mechanics" bang a hammer under the car and erase the codes and say it's "fixed". If you try to explain nothing was fixed they're going to say you did it. I went to the commerce location. I was able to get an suv with $2000 down. They don't do credit check or ask for proof of income. All you need is license and insurance. Me personally I had an issue with my car within a week. But I am currently getting it fixed and they even gave me a loaner car to drive. This place is good for ppl who are not able to get approved at a regular dealership and don't want high ass car notes. Literally worst car company. Customer service is terrible. They are extremely rude and don't ever answer the phone but want you to send documents right away as soon as they ask for them. DO NOT do business here, DO NOT give them your money AT ALL! check carfax prior to purchasing, I almost made the mistake and I am glad I ran a report on the car I was supposed to buy. I placed a $300 hold and be advised they will NOT refund you the money, hence why they don't take Debit card and or credit cards because good luck disputing the deposit, they denied my refund, the car titles are salvage and they will break down once you drive them off the lot, Nevada has NO lemon law on used cars, so I saved myself a huge expense and you will too. I regret giving them any money at all and should have walked away when the cars they showed me were beat up, tires were torn, body damage, interior damage, and I am sure engine rebuilt. The car I was going to purchase had torn leather seats and they were going to just mask them with seat covers, who sells cars that are beat like this? Man. Where do I even begin. This place has given me hell this past year. Especially when covid shut us down they gave me a call about the payment and I told them I just got shut down and to let me call them back to let them know if I have it or not. That was a Friday. Tried to call Saturday and they repo-Ed my car away and told me I had to give them 300 for the repo fee on top of my payment. Ever since then I've had to repair this pos of a car they sold me and been stressing because more and more stuff keeps popping up. This is such a headache and your better off going to Carmax. This guys are con-artists. They some how mask the car system to read that the check engine light isn't on and that nothing is wrong with the car when everything is wrong with it. Blames the owner for everything. Everyone was cool including Richard but now they act if they don't know me. They took my down payment and I only had the vehicle for a couple of weeks and the engine went bad. Took over a month to repair and then u joints. They had vehicle more than ai had during warranty period. Finally fixed, the tranny went out shortly after that. They wanted to charge me 1500.00 to repair. Yeah right! Sketchy place. Sold me a car, said it was smoged, (never received proof of smog) then 4 days of driving and the check engine light came on. Said they would fix it, kept the car for 2 days, never called me to update me on anything, didn't even call me to let me know it was ready. After picking it up and driving it for 3 days the light came back on. Returned the car after having it for 10 days and they kept my money and said it was for taxes. I called and informed them I would be a day late since my payday was the next day .. and the next day they sent there repoman our to pick it up and took the car.. This place is HORRIBLE!!!! Me and my boyfriend bought a Cadillac CTS from them and it seemed really sketchy. I paid $4000 for the car and Carlos put on our paperwork that we paid $300 as is. Taking their word for it because they told me he put that there so our insurance won't be so expensive. The guy told me that my car has no issues before I bought it but shortly after the check engine light came on, there's overheating issues, the ac stopped working, and the wires connected to the battery have a shortage so the car turns of every once in a while and I found out my car frame was welded back together after an accident so one wheel is higher than the other ( not noticeable unless car is lifted) Save your money and buy some place else the cars look nice but they are not worth the hassle! read more

I got a car from here and at first everything was good. When the car started having issues they try and act like they don't understand what the problem is. Every week the car has a new problem. So now I'm out of my down payment plus the monthly payments. But I'd rather take my loss than keep having stress from these guys. This review has nothing to do with covid-19. It's the lack of professionalism and common courtesy. This company preys upon people who can't otherwise afford to buy a vehicle the traditional way. I bought a car that I thought I was financing as a purchase. Turns out it's a lease to own. They don't tell you and they make it seem like it's your fault for not knowing. The 'financing' person (Richard) tells you what and where to sign not giving you a chance to read over what you are signing then blames you for not knowing what you've signed. The guy who sells the cars (Carlos) sells cars good enough to leave the lot but then problems start happening that I'm sure they are aware of if the car has been driven, especially the ones they 'finance'. Almost every review they get is a negative one. This would have been a positive review but the salesperson was hard to find and unreliable. He didn't contact anyone to let us know if the car was ready or not. After making a partial down payment, it took us 3 days to get the car at that time they could've fixed what was wring with it. After I got the car, I immediately took it to a mechanic to find out there's issues that went ignored. Guess where the car is going? Back to Fast Auto Sales for them to fix it for FREE! I'm paying over $300 per month with only a 90 day warranty. They better fix any and everything! To those looking for a car to pay with cash, look at all of your options. If you're worried about credit checks, fine this is your option but don't expect older cars to be kept up or expect them to fix it even financed cars. This company would receive SO MANY complaints that's why they're not registered with the Better Business Bureau. Yes they start off nice and then all things went bad, I got my truck on a fri and had to drop it back off to them on Sunday. After they had the truck for a week, I finally got it back for it to break on me again a week or two later. I purchased the truck on May 18 and didn't get it back until Aug 16, after Finally getting it back no more than 30days for them to come to my house to repo it. DO NOT BUY HERE!! Bought a vehicle from them 3/09/17 with a warranty. On 3/11/17 while driving the radiator went out and I had to replace it myself because no one would answer any of the numbers I was given. 3/12/17 the idler pulley and tensioner pulley went out once again I had to fix it myself. 3/14/17 the check engine light came on and has stayed on meaning I cant register my vehicle and the transmission started slamming into gears. 4/2/17 the fuel pump has started going out and once again I will have to fix it myself. I called 10+ times EVERY day during business hours from 3/11/17 to current and have NEVER had anyone answer. The company phone number has no voicemail options set up so I have been leaving multiple voicemails with the numbers on the card of the person who sold us the cars voicemail. I finally got a call back from the salesman only to be told he no longer works there and I just have to drive the 45 minutes across town to the junk yard and hope they fix it. just wanna warn you guys when buying car from this dealer. I bought a 2002 Chrysler Sebring from them. On their post, it was $1800, and when I started doing business with them, price started going up and I ended up paying $2160 because they had to fix something on the car.. Really, charge it on me!!!! They were like telling me that the car is perfectly fine and you will end up believing them (sales you know) and their ads will say no low baller!!!! Few days after I got the car, my friend was telling me that the coolant mixed with the oil, the reason why the gasket cap has a milky consistency on it. I was told that it is normal moisture etc, etc...I had meineke checked on it and another mechanic and both said the same thing!!!! They don't want me to return the crap car that would sometimes wouldn't start after turning the engine on 10x, so I have no choice but to keep it. Don't ever deal with this company!!!!! The ONLY reason why I came to Fast auto was because I know the GM of Fast towing and the company I work for does business with them and the businesses are 'linked' to each other and I thought I was going to get a deal on the vehicle that I wanted. It's really hard to network in the town UNLESS you have ALOT of money or if you are a 'likable' person. Anyway, Cassie B is right, the two fat guys are rude, nasty and ignorant. The real fat guy that helped me was on his FB page ALOT. I think they are from the East Coast (New Jersey, New York area) because of how they were acting. I mistakenly went to this dealership but it was on Valley View. The two men working there were nasty, rude, and ignorant. I think they thought if they broke me down with a string of mean and insulting comments about my trade in or my economic situation that they would get a better deal and more money out of me-WRONG. After the guy put my car through a series of checks (peeling out my car several times in the parking lot and slamming it into reverse and seeing how fast it could go in reverse) and interrogating me about my personal life and the car history which I was completely honest about, he then proceeded to demand the title and look up the VIN and then stated "so what- you don't ever register your car or what?!" To which I replied, "Yes, it is registered here in NV". He got on his soap box and started to harangue me about how stupid I was for trying to lie because he was smart enough to know that I could not register it in NV with an out of state title-WRONG. I told him that he was wrong and that I thought it was really interesting that he took forever inspecting my vehicle but failed to notice the NV license plates on the back end. He then demanded that I go get the registration (probably out of embarrassment) and I just asked him how much longer this was going to take him to figure out what cars on the lot I could potentially buy. To which he threw my title at me and told me good day. I gladly took my several thousand dollars and my trade in somewhere else.
