Fast cab is for sure what they say! We used them several times and never had to wait, always had safe and friendly service. Our drivers were very knowledgable and helped us out on some local info that saved us some money :). We like saving money! I'm Definitely keeping their number in my phone. read more

At 2: 25 I called fastcab to my address they told me it would be 30 minutes normally with my dealings with fastcab they're quit fast. at 2: 55 I called them to ask him what the hang-up was and why I haven't gotten a ride yet and they told me my driver decided to make another stop with the person they had. At 3: 30 I called again and they didn't give me any reason for being over an hour late to pick me up from the estimated time so I cancelled I suggest using Uber or Lyft because there time limits on when the driver will pick you up due to the app or way more accurate and not much more expensive sometimes even cheaper read more

The dispatcher that handled my reservation was very professional and seemed competent. The service did not follow thru. The cab was scheduled for 5 am and did not show. I followed up at 5:10 and was told there was an error and the cab had been sent to an incorrect address, but that another one would be here in 10 minutes. Then the original cab driver called from 25 miles away and said she needed directions. Think her beach, me Southport. Waited until 5:25 and then drove my self to the airport. My brother and I were using this taxi service yesterday and the driver stole his phone! We were stepping out of the cab after we paid and my brother couldn't find his phone in his bag then asked the driver to wait so he could look through the seats and before we had a chance to look he sped off. We tried calling my brothers phone 3 times within 2 minutes tops and on the third attempt his phone was off! The driver appeared to be of Arabic descent and appeared to have a prosthetic eyeball. Hands down the WORST company in Florida. Their car doors don't work. Cars smell like an ash tray. They have bugs in the car. ( Probably cause they're always filthy) Its a major health hazard. The dispatcher is rude and racist. They'll deny you service when you confront them about being late. They'll say 15 to 20 minutes and take about 45 minutes to an hour. They may be "fast", but WOW, the person that answered the phone when I called to book was as rude as can be. I asked if I could book a taxi for an airport pick up. Before I could finish my sentence, he interrupted me and said "We DON'T pick up at the airport". I said "OK, thank you- could you recommend a company?" His response was "NO, THERE ARE OVER 30 CAB COMPANIES OUT THERE." Needless to say, we will NOT be calling them once we're in PCB for ANYTHING ever again. My wife and I called to set up a pickup time 2 hours in advance for NYE. The driver arrived promptly at 8pm as asked. He was very polite and cautious while driving through the heavy rain. We were extremely happy and definitely use them more in the future. read more

Driver showed up on time. That's one star. Got to the airport on time. That's the second star. Everything in-between was pretty bad. She didn't know my destination (ECP is the airport code). When I told her "the airport " she said, "Oh, that's far!" WHAT?? Then, she had to use GPS to get there! What cab driver doesn't know where the airport is? At some point her phone beeped some alarm, and she was startled and said (not kidding), "oh my gosh! That woke me up!" I'm thinking, please let's just get to the airport. Then, a thunderstorm was around us, and she had trouble seeing. A bolt of lightning hit nearby, and she said she was getting nauseous because of it. During this time, I'm trying to help by using my ohone GPS and watch the road AND keep her calm. Thankfully we finally made it. Thanks, Fast Cab! read more

I just called them to ask how early I need to call if I want a Cab at 3pm, he said he is fully booked. I asked how about 4pm, he said that work. Their operator is an asshole and wouldn't allow me to ask him to pick up a sick person at the hospital because he needed to call when I am the one paying and it is my house he is coming to. read more
