Not only did…read moreI not get returned phone calls or emails but then when I actually made an appointment and I arrived at the location, no one was there and the door was locked. When I called the or owner, she tried to shift the blame to me by saying I don't check my email often even though I replied to her email the night before and let her know I would be there at the time that was agreed upon. Once I checked the email inbox I saw there was an email from the owner from the night before after 8 PM asking me to change the appointment time again after moving the time from the originally scheduled time. I did not see that as I typically don't check my email in the evening.
