Imagine that. Hubs and I actually picked up some framed 5x7 and 8x10 Puerto Rican paintings to bring to family and my daughter. This type of jewelry is unique because it glows in the dark, if enough light before shined into the stone. So we walked into the outlet store and looked specifically at the Glow of the Carribean Blue Topaz jewelry they had. My mom chose one of the necklaces and since I thought the price was right, I purchased it on the spot. It look absolutely beautiful and I can confirm it does glow.
