Lemongrass grilled pork and cucumber salad - okay but better in Paris. Banana leaf duck, very good. Caramelized catfish (basa) very good but had better in California. Even though the restaurant was emptying out, we could not get refills on drinks. 3 of us are African American, one white. Seemed that the black folks were ignored. It's buried deep in the building. It's a hole in the wall but pho was on point. Only difference from the Vietnamese restaurants in US is that in US we get a tray of veggies to add to your pho (extra sprouts, lettuce, mint leaves, cilantro, lime and sliced jalapeños).
