He said he would have to come out and measure the sign and asked several other questions entirely irrelevant to the cost of producing a sign panel (e.g. questions about the ballast and how new the wiring is - all completely unnecessary for pricing a panel). I can only assume he was attempting to upsell me to an entirely new sign, because none of that information is required to replace a panel. He refused to provide an estimate without this information and arrogantly said "I don't think we're going to be able to help you." Pompous and condescending. Would definitely avoid this company.
