Totally useless! I requested a quote for a "for sale by owner" sign online. A few hours later, I stopped in with an existing sign I had made elsewhere. I asked if he had post anchors to hold up a sign like some realtors use. The anchor goes into the ground and the post sits into the anchor. The salesman at the desk had no idea what I was talking about; but he had the quote ready for a new sign and post -$470. Are you kidding me? Ripoff city! I went to Menard's and got a post anchor for $13. read more

Nutshell: I was treated like a liar and a nuisance. Long story: When I called on Friday to check on my order, I was told that I had never replied to an email request for my credit-card information. This I never received. What I had received what an estimate and, a pdf. of the poster, and a request for my approval, which I promptly gave by return email. I can't say how the emails were lost, and I am not going to suggest that anyone at Fast Signs slipped up--to this point--but when I called to check on my order I was treated like a liar trying to pull a fast one. The calls were surly, I was told that the unreceived email was certainly sent, and that the effort going into getting me my posters at this late hour was enormous. I did get my order, and it looks fine. But the unpleasant tension at the store upon my arrival was profoundly disturbing. Add this experience to the long list of evidence suggesting that customer service is dead. read more

Quick to respond, easy to work with and offer quality products

Terrible service and very rude employees. On the company's main website it shows they do vinyl graphics for my work truck. I called just to make sure and was told yes they do make them. When I went into the store I was told by the manager that the material to make then is a $1000 a roll and they cant afford to stock it. He was very rude about it and acted like I was bothering him. Find a sign place that will appreciate your bussiness and don't waste your time here. BTW the manager I dealt with was rich. read more
