The workout was incredible and gave me more strength and definition (in 3 classes/week) than barre classes ever did (in 5-6 classes/week). And it was a perfect compliment to my first half-marathon training. Megaformer classes gave me a lot of strength and power when running and that extra strength even helped take the pressure off my back, allowing me to run 13 miles without back pain (vs. the pain I had when training for a 5 mile race a few years ago before I was in megaformer shape). Hilary and her instructors are all welcoming and personable and I really recommend the studio and the workout to anyone in the area. There is nothing else close to megaformer in my opinion. A really intense and effective workout!

They are credentialed, certified, and know what they're talking about. Due to staff turnover from COVID, we started with a new trainer, Brad Martin. He asked us what do you want to work on. I told him our ages, mid to later 50's and that we aren't competing for anything and asked, given that, what should we be working on. He said, strength, balance, flexibility, and stamina. Ok, so that's the plan. In just 90 days I can say I feel better and stronger than I've ever been. My posture is better and I'm excited to enter ski season feeling so strong. The proof is in my ability to do yard work and physical activity easily and without injuring myself, which was previously quite common. I had two shoulder problems over the last 2 years and they both are feeling great. Strong, flexible with a much-improved range of motion and no pain. I highly recommend and endorse Platoon Fitness and Brad Martin. Let it snow.

Had been observing this place since last summer signed up for their emails which they send more than frequently. Emails contain specials/ promotions, detox plans, the usual overbearing solicitation. Borderline obnoxious so I choose to unsubscribe. I loved FIT TRIBE because I have seen results the I am truly in love with!! This workout is 30 MINUTES!!! They have multiple time slots AM & PM. They are open Monday - Saturday, rotating between strength training (M,W,F) and conditioning (T, Th, Sat). Each session begins with the same warm up, then the coach walks you through the workout of the day. Many of my pics reflect the workouts that I've completed sorry some days are missing I simply forgot to capture it or was so exhausted I was running to get out of there. Class size is great for me I don't like over crowded situations especially when working out. The members there are typically nice people some of them are really nice & personable. It appears the 5:30 & 6:05 AM classes are the busiest!! Most days when I'm in the office I well take the noon class, there have been a hand full of times that I was the only participant previous coaches would workout with me so I wasn't struggling to get it done. The space & small but very clean and functional. The have free weights, benches, TRX straps, wooden boxes, ropes, medicine balls & rowing machines (which I've never seen incorporated in a workout and I've been attending since January)They have a water cooler & provide small cups. I believe they sell supplements like whey protein. The bathroom is gender neutral always clean and they have a space where they provide deodorant, lotion, feminine hygiene products etc. Now that all the praise is out of the way on to the things that could use some tweaking. The cost $$$. Very pricey for what you are receiving. The music ‍it's important to have great music when working out. I believe they utilize Fit radio but don't quote me in that. In the past I have asked if the music could be changed and they were accommodating! The staff... my observation is that turnover is HIGH. Since the 2nd week in January, 4 "coaches" have resigned or been terminated. This leads me to believe that they don't treat their employees well. It's really unfortunate because when my favorite coach left I decided to terminate my membership. Since she left there are a new people that aren't as good, not personable, confident, articulate or in shape. Also I don't like businesses that rely solely on social media as a form of communication. I don't choose to be on social media. It's frustrating to get information through those avenues in my opinion. All of that said I think the concept is GREAT. It works for my lifestyle as someone who works 2 jobs and has a busy schedule in addition the raising my 2 kids. Would I recommend??? The verdict is still out. They do offer your 1st workout for free if you want to give it a try. The have I believe 6 locations in total.

I just started taking Stacey's online class and it has helped me tremendously! With the…read morestay-at-home orders the weeks are long, the days blur together, and it's hard to find motivation to work out. Stacey's positivity is infectious and I look forward to her class every week. It's challenging (in a good way!) and gets the heart racing. I have more energy and feel rejuvenated after. It's a great way to relieve stress.
