$190 to frame 5*7 and told it would be ready the next Friday. I arrived on Friday and it wasn't ready. Why wasn't I notified? She told me that she hadn't even ordered the material! She had enough in the back so I wait around for 45 min for her to complete what she told me would be ready. I asked to have them deliver downtown and she rudely told me NO. They should have offered to mail it with the UPs Store next door. This used to be such a fantastic framing shop but new owners and staff and it wasn't an enjoyable experience at all. One particular area of expertise of Fastframe is their work on memory boxes. I don't usually take the time to write a review, but my experience with the team at Fast Frame in Westlake over the past few years has been hands down one of the best consumer experiences I have ever had. About 3 years ago I went to them with my original marriage license, wedding invite, and other collateral and asked that they create some sort of memorabilia shadow box/frame. Their design aesthetic is great, finish quality exceptional, and customer service untouchable. After ~2 years the matting started to warp so I went back to them for repair and not only did they correct this FREE of charge, they made it better...all while overcommunicating at each step of the way. The Fast Frame at Westlake is wonderful! They truly know customer service. I took a very special portrait of my sons in before Christmas, needing it to be framed for an event. I did not have much hope I could get it done as everyone else could not complete it until after the holidays. I called Fast Frame and they said to bring it in, they said they could get it to me the day of the event! This was great news, but what was even better is they finished 2 days ahead of schedule.
