Ricky has become our go-to handyman for just about everything, and we honestly couldn't be happier…read moreto have found him. Over the past year or so, every time we've called him, whether it's a small fix or a bigger project, he's been able to handle it quickly, thoroughly, and with zero hassle. No matter the job, he knows exactly what to do and gets it done right the first time. He's incredibly skilled, consistently reliable, and genuinely takes pride in doing things the right way. You can see the care and attention he puts into every job, and it really shows in the quality of his work. He's also very organized and professional, always arriving prepared, keeping his work area neat, and clearly explaining what needs to be done and what to expect. Ricky is accommodating. More than once, he's helped us out the same day we called, which is rare and so appreciated. He's always willing to make time when something urgent comes up, and that kind of reliability is hard to come by. One thing we really value and appreciate is that when Ricky gives us an estimate, it is purely based on the actual work that needs to be done--nothing else, not on the neighborhood, the house, or anything else unrelated. He doesn't change the price after seeing our place or add unexpected costs later, which we've experienced with others. That kind of fairness and integrity means a lot to us and is a big reason why we continue to call him. We trust him 100%. It's such a relief knowing we have someone we can truly trust, someone who's dependable, honest, and just really good at what he does. We're so glad we found Ricky, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled, trustworthy, and all-around excellent handyman. Highly, highly recommend. Just wanted to share our experience, it's well-earned.

Showed up late and left early next day - only did partial job "Promised" to come and "stay till they were done ". Showed up on day 3 ( for what was supposed to be a 1 day job) and left at noon with at least 6 items untouched. Booking lady ( Angela) actually hung up on me. ( don't think the worker guys are the problem ) Regardless , i won't use them again. Rude and disorganized ( but guys on day 1 and day 3 worked hard - despite being 4 hours late on day 1)

And I quote: "Our kind and experienced team will get the job done safely and quickly, with the utmost respect of your environment and for your items" The movers / assemblers that came to our place were neither experienced, nor were they safe, quick or respectful of the items we had, nor our environment. Disorganized and Chaotic. - 8 bungo boxes loaded in the truck in 20 mins = not quick - carelessly throw the brand new sofa cushions by the dirty elevator floor, without forethought to shrink wrap = inexperience - tracking dirty muddy feet all over the living room and bedroom floor = disrespectful - Loading antique hutch and nightstand while it teeter totters on the dolly, causing damage to our hutch = no regards to safety of your items. There is no excuse for incompetence, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to have common sense when moving. ie, load the entire elevator, instead of making single trips with one dolly, Wrap furniture with proper padding/shrink wrap, and for crying out loud don't stomp your mud soaked shoes in people's living room floor!
