Showed up late and left early next day - only did partial job "Promised" to come and "stay till they were done ". Disorganized and Chaotic. - 8 bungo boxes loaded in the truck in 20 mins = not quick - carelessly throw the brand new sofa cushions by the dirty elevator floor, without forethought to shrink wrap = inexperience - tracking dirty muddy feet all over the living room and bedroom floor = disrespectful - Loading antique hutch and nightstand while it teeter totters on the dolly, causing damage to our hutch = no regards to safety of your items. There is no excuse for incompetence, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to have common sense when moving. ie, load the entire elevator, instead of making single trips with one dolly, Wrap furniture with proper padding/shrink wrap, and for crying out loud don't stomp your mud soaked shoes in people's living room floor!
