Honestly don't know what I would do without this gas station. It's like the center of the culture for Mojave. Everything and everybody is there at some point intersecting and fraternizing. Of course the selection sucks, and it's always too crowded, but you got to love it specially when everything else is closed in the whole entire town they are still open and everybody gravitates towards it as the night carries on into the next day. There is one employee that makes the whole thing a good time for all. He is a cashier named Raul. He works at nights and always is friendly, helpful, and anticipate the needs of the customers. He makes you feel safe and comfortable and he always keeps pace never misses a beat even when the place is a madhouse full of people. He has a personal touch that is priceless. read more

Most people come to yelp to read about gas station coffee and the bathrooms. This place had both a clean bathroom and a great coffee bar. The workers there were also very friendly. Gas pump worked perfectly. No complaints here! I'd stop there again next time we head through town. read more

Employees aren't friendly. The lottery machine was low on paper and it ate my money. If a business can't honor a $10 refund without a morning manager approval, there is something wrong with this business practice. A gas station that's located in the middle of no where expects me to drive back there in the morning time because it's the only time for a refund. They short change people I see in the other reviews so I believe it. I will do my best not to stop at this location. read more

Do not use this fuel station for anything. Card readers did not work at the pump, So I went inside. After making purchases on some food items and prepaying for gas, immediately got a fraud alert on my phone notifying me that someone tried charging $99.24 to my debit card. Luckily my bank stopped the transaction. However, if there is a skinny white guy with a mask on working behind the counter, do not pay electronically. He stole my debit card info and tried to buy something. read more

Fastrip is our traditional stop in Mojave driving from the 'Dena to the Eastern Sierra. With few exceptions, we always manage to be here in the wee hours of the morning, doing the all night drive through the desert with thoughts of flyfishing, hard-fighting trout, campfires, and S'mores. Interestingly, even at 2 or 3 in the morning, the coffee is hot and fresh, the clerk is still jovial, and the patrons have that classic charm you only find at crossroads gas stations after the Witching Hour. Bathrooms are reasonably clean for a gas station. Recently, they've started charging 35¢ for debit gas purchases... Not sure when that started. There are other gas stations in town, and a Jack in the Box next door. read more

Their pump was set up to where I needed to request a specific amount and what was not dispensed would be credited back to my card. I called to inquire and was told it would be up to 5 days or so and was hung up on. 14 days later and no refund. This place is shady. read more

This place has the cheapest fuel between Mojave and Nevada. This is Kern County f'n Mojave- stop wining about masks. The clerks are trying to not be murdered on a good day, masks are not their conflict priority. Go back to wherever you come from, it's probably a safer place to be. read more

This place is absolutely ridiculous to try to get gas at. They had 1 register opened with 2 people working with a line reaching back to the cooler. So if youre going here thinking your going to pay cash price think again. I won't be back. So glad there's a Valero in town. They'll be getting my business from now on. read more

Cheapest gas in Mojave (at least on the highway)! They also have lots of snacks, drinks etc, and a bathroom that might or might not be clean depending on when you show up. One time we got to see a pimp and his mischievous ladies doing business right outside the front door. After I saw a girl take her old man customer into the bathroom, I've sworn off using the Mojave gas crapper if I can help it. YMMV. read more

BEWARE! Face masks not being worn by customers, I got gas Sat eve 7/25/20 about 7p & the store was not enforcing mask wearing despite a sign saying they were required. People traveling through from all over the place & Fastrip I'm sure has it on video showing customers not wearing masks. Gas is good price, better than Arco, have been coming here many years. read more

This station does not accept American Express and the prices advertised on the billboard are cash prices only. They do not display the cc price on the billboard at all and the mark up for cc's was around 9 cents per gal more. Everything inside the convenience store seemed drastically marked up and the bathroom was pretty rough too. I would recommend trying a different station. read more

The gas was a good price here, but the windshield squeegees were missing. This station is conveniently-located on the turn from the 14 North to the 58 East. I usually stop here to top off the tank on the way to Las Vegas. read more
