Cheap gas but i feel like its not the best in quality. Since its usually the cheapest they are always packed

While the gas is cheap the entire experience is what you would imagine for the cheapest anything. First the gas pumps rarely accept your card so you have to go inside and pay with the cashier. They have plenty of staff but only one on a register while there's a line across the entire store and the employees just stare at you while one person is helping the long line. Then you prepay with your card. You pump and if you don't use your entire amount you prepaid the pump flashes "see cashier for" and then stays on "refund". Every gas station I've been to auto refunds the remaining balance for debit transactions and this one forces you to go inside. How many folks look at the pump and see the flash to go inside vs just assuming the remaining balance refunds to their card? It's cheap gas for a reason. Total rip off. read more

This place usually has the cheapest gas around! However, as a result it is usually packed! Traffic comes at the pumps from both sides, so you'll often get beaten to a pump by somebody that arrived after you. The pumps are very slow to accept cards too, they need updating! They do accept cash, debit and credit! The store is decent and the staff are pretty friendly too! I would advise coming really early or really late to avoid the lines. read more

I want to give them the full 5 stars for having the cheapest gas in the valley, but they have done nothing to increase convinience over the last decade. The lines are really long typically, and the kiosks are painfully slow and often don't work at all. Nothing is worse than spending 5 minutes waiting on the kiosk only to have to go inside to pay! The cashier Cynthia is hella rude. I don't know what her problem is or why is she making her job so difficult. The gas prices is good. So my daughter gets gas, the pump is broken and will not turn off, gas gets all over her clothes the pump continues to charge her card until the emergency shutoff is pushed. Fastrip refuses to refund even the amount charged on her card for the gas the pump sprayed all over her and her vehicle (due to their broken pump). Horrible set up for cashiers and no service to make it better. Cashier couldn't even say anything when it was my turn in line for gas.

The store is clean, restroom is on the inside, and the gas is cheap. That's pretty much all you need in a gas station :-)

I really wish they would spend some time fixing their pumps. Every time it seems there is at least one pump out of order and many of the others either have missing equipment to lock the handle, or the screen are damaged and can not be read. It also ticks me off charging 35cents to use ATM. It ticks me off because for some reason they will not let you use your ATM card as a credit card at the pump. If you are going to charge me 35 cents to use ATM, then at least give me a cash price for the fuel. If they weren't the cheapest gas in town, I certainly wouldn't be coming back. read more

I got gas but they can not stop breaking the law. You need water and air for your car according to law this is supposed to be for free. However they make you pay $1.00 to get the pump going and another $.25 a minute. Getting gas is about all this station is good for. I don't complain too much but when the state says something is supposed to be free well hey stop breaking the law. read more

We come here a lot to just get drinks and stuff and usually everyone there is really friendly but the cashier Christian which is a girl was extremely rude to a friend who had a service dog. She made her leave and get her certifications out of her car and when she showed her the certificate. She was being extremely rude to my disabled friend and when she called her on her being rude, they tried to kick her out. Love the store but terrible customer service. read more
