Walking in, my wife and I were promptly and cheerfully greeted by the young lady behind the order desk and with a smile. Alyssa is a great asset to the business and a wonderful person to deal with incoming ordering customers. She gave a great rundown on everything we asked about. My wife ordered a 6" Turkey, Avocado, sprout and Swiss cheese sandwich and I ordered the 8" brisket. Both lived up to their name - Delicious. Thin slicing of the brisket made a probably lower grade cut as tender as a high grade would be. Good move. Taught me how to prepare sandwich meats for the ease of chew. The dining room was clean and fresh looking. Prices were a bit high for what we received, but the food was good enough to lure me back for a second time to check out some more of the business. The petting zoo was the most intriguing to me. Most of the animals were excited to be fed while others were just hanging out in the shade. Their enclosures looked a little small for them though. There was only one rabbit who was hiding away in their little house. It looked like it could use some grass to hop around in. I wish the hand sanitizer dispensers were filled. Every single one was empty, but I eventually found the restroom to wash off. I noticed there's a dog park here too. I'm hoping I could come back here with my dog during our next road trip. I'm sure he'd enjoy this change of scenery.
