I called to find this out when I had not heard from them for four days. Then the older man who answered the phone said there were so many things wrong with the file it would be too expensive for me to print it in the long-run. So I asked if I made all of the corrections would they be able to quote and he said you'd have to choose paper and blah, blah, blah, and so they couldn't/wouldnt even give a ballpark. It was obvious they didn't want the job. I corrected the file and send it to the Lynnwood location and they helped me without any complaints.
