However, this last order took us two months and 10 different art changes. I am not sure why. They had our design from past signs. After two months, when we got our signs, it looked like they trimmed them with a very dull knife. The edges were jagged and the design was still not correct. When contacted, we were told that this was just normal. I hope not. Last time with this company.

I have used Sign-A-Rama several times in the past and have always been pleased. I am not sure if…read moremanagment changed or the design team changed, but my last experiance was less than pleasent. We went through 10 different revisions of our art work, which they already had. And a couple of times when we got the art work back for approval, there were others things that had changed. We even had a direct conversation explaining to the design team what we were looking for and still had to go through two more corrections. From start to finish, it took us two months to get our signs. I am not sure what happened, but it was very frustrating. When we asked about a possible discounted rate, we were told that what we experianced was normal. I hope it isn't. Two months is a tremendous amount of time to wait for four signs.
