Yesterday I really needed them, since my delivery need was 80 miles away. I called and spoke to Amy. Amy assured me that she could take care of the business need for me. I created my order and then called back to confirm and let her know that if there were any questions questions to please call me on the alternate contact number. A couple hours later I got the email that my order had been completed and delivered already. Amy is a star! She probably could hear the need in my voice and took care of it for me and I'm really grateful. GREAT customer service! Thank you!!

Once they received my money they stopped communicating and then I called UPS and UPS told me the company had paid $28 to ship the artifact UPS "Standard" without insurance no customs paperwork for UPS and pocketed the rest of the $350.
