Yesterday I really needed them, since my delivery need was 80 miles away. I called and spoke to Amy. Amy assured me that she could take care of the business need for me. I created my order and then called back to confirm and let her know that if there were any questions questions to please call me on the alternate contact number. A couple hours later I got the email that my order had been completed and delivered already. Amy is a star! She probably could hear the need in my voice and took care of it for me and I'm really grateful. GREAT customer service! Thank you!!
