With each "fix", the matter only became worse as I was often left with dead phone lines, or phone calls that could not even get through to us; an absolute disaster that cost us dearly. John attended to the porting of our numbers, ordering of new equipment, programming of the phones, and in house training. Throughout the process, John treated the matter with the utmost urgency.
