I have been excited since November to finally get the lettering on my truck (wanted to wait for nice weather). I am over the top happy with how it turned out. The owner himself did the installation. Aside from being a generally all around nice guy, I was extremely satisfied with the excellent customer service, quality workmanship, and affordability of the job. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for advertising signage! read more

After I brought the issue to their attention, I was told there had been a "glitch in the system" and was apologized to. Unfortunately, despite that acknowledgment, I still never received payment and all communication eventually stopped. Multiple attempts to follow up were ignored. The amount owed was only about $50, but that isn't the point. If someone completes work, they deserve to be paid. What concerns me most is the lack of accountability and professionalism after the issue was identified. I have documentation showing the job was assigned, completed, and reported, along with the company's acknowledgment of the payment issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend working for this company.
