After I brought the issue to their attention, I was told there had been a "glitch in the system" and was apologized to. Unfortunately, despite that acknowledgment, I still never received payment and all communication eventually stopped. Multiple attempts to follow up were ignored. The amount owed was only about $50, but that isn't the point. If someone completes work, they deserve to be paid. What concerns me most is the lack of accountability and professionalism after the issue was identified. I have documentation showing the job was assigned, completed, and reported, along with the company's acknowledgment of the payment issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend working for this company.

I didn't have to have them come back (despite Missoula Property Management's stringent/unrealistic standards), but I was not impressed with the quality they did. I had a small rust stain from my bed post that I even pointed out to them and it was still there afterward, though smaller. The carpet was not the nicest type, but hardly looked different when I went back to get the rest of my stuff the next day (and the indents from the furniture were hardly changed, which leads me to think the machine didn't clean very hard). There was also a mix up with my apartment #, which I didn't really care about, but it was a good thing I was there to catch them. (Make sure you verify your address with them as I think the guy might have just been hard of hearing).
