I'll say this, their design work is good, turn around was slow, and pricing in hindsight was pretty high. My parents found a better deal on signage in Bolingbrook. My A-Frame sign cost me $280, and door and window graphics another $150 or so. read more

I have bought 7 or 8 banners over the years from this location. My latest experience was poor at best. I provided the layout and content for design and approved the final layout. The design work on their part was minimal at best. Once the banner was hung, the typeface was not nearly large enough. I realize I saw the layout, but still rely on someone else's expertise or questioning to bring to light that the type size needs to be large enough to be read from afar. It is very hard for me, as a layperson, to judge the type size in relation to the banner size from a computer screen. When I complained, they told me they'd redo it. Then someone else called me back immediately to tell me it would cost $130.....the first print was $150. Basically, they took no fault and wanted me to repay in full. I'm disappointed. Won't go back again and felt they handled this situation very poorly. read more

Our business had a last-minute project to re-skin an 8'x10' trade show booth. They tried...and ultimately failed. Initially receiving the wrong product due to their mistake....things happen. Eventually providing the "correct" product that did not perform the way they said it would...not great. Offering to refund the purchase, yet in actuality only crediting a partial amount of purchase price back...unacceptable. Recommend looking elsewhere for your signage needs. read more

The worst experience of a lifetime. I have owned several business and dealt with several sign shops over a thirty year period. They are the worst of all of them! We called on a Friday in a desperate situation and they claimed they had chrome vinyl in stock and said they could deliver finished product on Monday. They were the savior so we thought. Our former sign company told us chrome was ordered for over a week and a half. Fast signs turned chrome into gold chrome? or brushed chrome? then they forwarded proofs for our approval. The proofs they sent looked great because they sent us the identical proofs we originally sent to them to get the work done. The items they printed had no resemblance to the proofs they forwarded to us. Then when I offered to compromise and take black or foil instead of chrome, becasue they NEVER had chrome in the first place, they said they no longer had interest in providing us any product or services at all. The owner Shane said. " I'm not sure we can produce anything that will satisfy your request. We will not be moving forward with any additional work on this estimate." this was cut right from his email! What a joke. Instead of salvaging a potential ongoing customer he tossed us in the garbage. I have never given a negative review online but this was such a case of extreme nonsense across the board it needs to be made known. Bait and switch then slam! Fast signs became slow signs and then NO SIGNS! They were sure they could help us when we called them with our urgent need for chrome vinyl! I have never dealt with someone that dropped the ball in so many ways and then pointed the finger at us. I would rate a negative five stars if it were possible. Steer clear as overpromising and under delivering is the norm. In the end it might just become non delivery altogether. The Manager Larry said he tried to "help" with help like this from all my vendors I would have been out of business years ago. Run the other way FAST! read more
