I didn't ask for a discount, or come with any expectations around pricing. If you provided me with a quote that was below your profit margins that was a bad business choice on your part and had nothing to do with me. We provided the payment form, but you did not want to use it causing delay. -- You asked me to email you my banking details, which is so incredibly irresponsible. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer. I do highly suggest you hire someone who can help you with your business processes and educate you on banking security basics.

I am posting about the location in Salado. Anyway, on November 10, 2020,I was traveling from Cedar Park to Arlington. I was on I-35.The speed limit is 75.There were several cars in front of me and they suddenly braked and switched lanes. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to see what they were avoiding. It was two dogs that for some hideous reason we're on the highway. I hit one. I was just destroyed. I was in the left lane and was able to pull to the shoulder. I do not know what happened to the second dog. After I was able to safely pull over to the right side of the highway, and exit, the first place I saw was Document Engine. Their door was locked. I knocked and Andy immediately opened the door. I told him what had happened and asked if I could come in. He said yes, of course. At that time Lisa came over, listened to the conversation. These people were so,so kind. I was devastated, not for my car, but for those dogs.My car was not drivable.They offered me water, told me that I could stay there as long as I needed. It ended up to be several hours. I realize this review is not about the business, but about the PEOPLE at the business. I did see what seemed to be 100s of thank you notes and commendations on their walls. When my husband finally showed up, Andy gave us some cool items that explained wat the business was about. I can't find the items right now, but know that they would be useful. Please check them out if you need document assistance. This review is by far the longest one I've ever done, but their kindness was extraordinary. They allowed us to keep my car in their parking lot until the tow truck came ,the next day. Especially when they get the printing done fast and it looks great! That's important to me, since I run a children's theatre program. IN FACT, one time, a different printing company whom we've all heard of did not print some of my students' pictures in the show program! When I told Lisa about that, she gasped and assured me that would never happen under her watch--she guaranteed it! Plus, she picked out the PERFECT colors of paper for me for the show programs I had them print--she's got a good eye & knows the biz well! I went in to return a shoebox... the only option the seller gave me was to drop it off at FedEx, which is why I ended up at that store. She proceeded to tell me I needed to buy a box, so I pointed out that the information said I didn't need one. She snapped back with an attitude, saying that was just how it was and that if I didn't want to pay for it, I could go to another store. Mind you, I had only asked a simple question. The woman acted as if I'd called her ugly! If you're having a bad day, that's not the customer's fault! I'm there for a service. Or just find another job! They go through life miserable and want to take it out on everyone else.
